Creating collages has been an intrinsic expression of mine since I can remember, and have always been one of the most important step in my work. I have always used collage to bring together different elements from different contexts and create my own narratives. 

With these collages, I create the reconnection of our bodies, as women, with nature. I spend hours photographing flowers, plants, and nature, and have a very extensive collection of photographs I've been taking for over 20 years. I've always been attracted to organic forms.

I'm captivated by the curves, lines, and expressions found in each flower and plant, particularly the interplay of light and shadow that creates geometric, abstract compositions, resembling of the human body. These compositions may appear minimal to the eye, but they deeply inspire and move me. Similarly, photographing women, I feel the same connection.

These collages is my expression of creating an ultimate representation of nature, beauty, grace, and creation.

Each collage serves as a roadmap to a painting.
